Overview
Delparque is building an exclusive 57-floor skyscraper in Paseo de la Reforma, the most important avenue in Mexico. The University Tower residences are going to be finished in 2024, becoming the next iconic residential project in the city.

I'm a key element of the sales team to help them improve the customer buying experience on these properties. After analyzing the metrics and feedback from our clients of the first website launch, we decided to make a redesign to enhance information accessibility and lead-quality.
Goals
Due to my first experience working with agencies developing our previous sites. I interviewed at least ten to be sure they can deliver the quality products we were looking for.

Our goal was to generate more qualified leads from digital strategies that were interested in buying one of our properties.
Role
UX lead in charge of two visual designers and one external developer.
My Work
Interviewed clients, real estate advisors, and the in-house team of the project to redesign our previous website.

Mentored the designers working with me on the complete development process, from wire-framing to final prototype. I also encouraged the developer to use Adobe XD to improve our communication, a good experience of doing this is that the agency migrated from photoshop and illustrator to this tool.

Designed a high-quality prototype to test and redesign before developing.

Conducted the whole development process with the agency until we reached our expectations.
Results
A responsive website that improved 69% of the conversion rate of digital leads, generating sales on properties starting in 250K USD.

Clients spend 300% more time on our page and have the possibility to book a visit to our showroom and talk immediately with a real estate advisor.
Feel free to navigate the University Tower Website or have a look at our prototype. Find the differences.
